Gus, what ever happened to the first annual Tarpond Hockey Tournament that was supposed to take place this year in Sydney? One person I asked told me it was put off until next year because of an environmental assessment problem, but then someone else told me they had to cancel it altogether because the zamboni went through the ice.

Well Mucky the story I got is that Parker Dunham and his gang were afraid that if the mainlanders seen us enjoying our selves on the "tar ponds" they would cut off the cleanup fund and Parker and his gang would be out of work.

Which leads me to the next question. Is Parker straight from Brokeback Mountain or what? Sheesh!! He's a regular on the CBC News having girlie fights with that old drag queen Harry Flemming one day, and the next he's the head of the Tarpond Cleanup Committee. How the hell did he get that job anyway? Who did he blow?

Question for Gus.
My problem is I've always been told to keep my eye on the ball. But when I do this I can't keep my eyes on Team Dino, which has proved to be a huge problem in the past.
Gus, what can I do? Please help.

;DGus about that hockey tournament on the tar ponds, I have information from a realiable source that they are going too have it down at archibald field and rico is going too be the ref. This comes from your old friend from herbert street and you know he has all the info on what is going on at the tar ponds. Anyway gus if you hear anything else on the matter let me know. One other think Gus where is all the money going for the clean up just wondering if you know.

Seems like that is the only action you will be attentive too since your poor little leafs suck lol, you and joey should start cleaning that mess up now since you will have allot of time since you will not be watching your teams throw in greg too while your at it. he he

Dear" eyes on the ball", you don't have to be concerned about team " DINO", their reputation is beyond dispute,proven by the fact that they have won only once in seven years,however, you may want to learn the "Sampson Technique" which will teach you how to virtually see around corners.Lastly, I would like to give you a heads up on the fact that you only have two eyes[two ears and a big round head] and maybe they should be focused on a few other 'past champions" who "wrote the book" on how to win . Hay westside,word has it the tarponds money is secretly being syphoned off to help support the Wiseman., as some participants find the costs hard to bare.Word has it that the Admiral has applied for a government grant,and has actually asked for a 10% seniors discount.
